His extensive career in the federal government spans many years, showcasing his commitment to public service. Dr. Mackey is a graduate of Trinity Law School, Florida Atlantic University, Palm Beach College, and Everglades University. Beyond his academic achievements, he is a successful businessman, a dedicated pastor, and a mentor to many, embodying a well-rounded and impactful life.
