As Executive Principal of Marshall Construction and Development, Jeff is responsible for major project oversight and client relationships while leading the development of multiple Marshall Construction initiatives including contract negotiations, schedule, quality control, and quality assurance.

Having built a successful career spanning more than 50 years, Jeff has experience in a diverse portfolio of construction projects throughout the southeastern United States including healthcare, retail, correctional, and sports facilities, universities and higher education, residential multi-family, senior housing facilities, and large, luxury estate private residences.

Jeff works closely with owners, design teams and in-house personnel to integrate design, pricing, and constructability to accomplish each client’s goals. Together with Ken Marshall, he is responsible for financial accountability, implementation of the corporate strategic plan, information technology, and risk management oversight.

Jeff attended the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University. He is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida.

Most importantly, Jeff is a family man. He and his wife, Laurie, have been married for 50 years and have two daughters, two sons, seven grandchildren and their dog, Baylee.
