Having completed multiple historic restoration projectshimself in Palm Beach County, Ken Marshall is experienced in the level of minute detail and patience required for proper restorations.
SCHEDULING & BUDGET MANAGEMENT
One of the keys to success is our extensive knowledge and expertise in budget and schedule control. Our clients expect and rely on us to budget and schedule the work accurately so that supervision of resources and schedule is consistent and reliable throughout the process. We use proprietary cost-control software as well as Logic-Driven Critical Path Method scheduling on each and every project.
